First designed in 2004, these are the now iconic coat hanger designs that have been in many national and international publications and have been exhibited extensively worldwide, being heralded as a 'Souvenir of the 21st Century' (British Council) and also as a 'Future Design Classic' (The Times Newspaper). All the hangers are designed personally by Artist and Designer; Christopher Jarratt. The original creator of this concept, Chris will work personally with you from the very beginning right through to completion of the project.
Although we usually use FSC registered Birch Plywood for its strength, durability, aesthetic and environmental qualities, we are also able to use a number of different materials and finishes such as Acrylic, Steel and Stainless Steel. Please contact us with your requirements.
HookPegSupport was founded and is run by Christopher Jarratt. After achieving a 1st Class Ba(Hons) Degree in 3D Design For Sustainability, Chris has worked extensively within the fields of Art and Design. Chris co-founded the Multi-Award winning design company; sixixis. sixixis specialized in making unique and bespoke Furniture and Sculptures out of locally sourced timber.
During sixixis' life span, the company became recognized as one of the most exciting new design companies crossing the boundaries of Art, Design, Craftsmanship and Architecture. sixixis gained international recognition for its ethical and radical design styles combining superb craftsmanship with innovative modern technologies and techniques.
